The hydraulic system fault caused by solid particles in hydraulic system is 60% ~ 70% of the total pollution fault.Oil pollution has become the main fault of hydraulic system.The amount and size of solid particles in the oil can be quantitatively expressed by oil pollution.Oil pollution not only reflects the content of solid particles in the unit volume of oil,but also reflects the wear condition of the equipment.The pollution monitoring of hydraulic system oil-liquid is becoming an important part of routine maintenance,which is the key technology to ensure the normal operation of equipment and prevent major faults.Oil pollution Detection Sensor acquisition and processing system based on STM32.Study on a technique of detecting hydraulic oil pollution in hydraulic system.The research of this subject provides an effective technical approach for oil pollution detection in hydraulic system.There is a broad prospect in aerospace and other fields which require high reliability and stability of hydraulic systems used in aerospace.In this paper,the development history of oil pollution detection sensor and the status quo of oil pollution detection sensor development at home and abroad are described in detail,and the background significance of the whole research is put forward.According to the design requirements,the system scheme design,oil contamination detection sensor acquisition and processing system design,prediction algorithm and upper computer software design.The signal produced by the oil contamination detection sensor based on the principle of shading particle counting can be analyzed and converted by the system.Intelligent acquisition is carried out,and finally sent to the host computer through CAN bus,and oil pollution can be predicted.This design has completed the prototype of the principle.And the feasibility of the developed system is verified by the method of experiment.The experimental results show that the principle prototype achieves the expected function by comparing with the off-line equipment,the error is low,the repeatability and uncertainty meet the design requirements.It is proved that the prediction accuracy is high by comparing the concentration prediction value with the actual measurement value.
