Non-contact handing is widely used in industrial production.In this paper,In order to improve the absorption capability of the single air-inlet non-contact gripper and make the gripper model processing more convenient.Based on the feature of flow field characteristics of gripper,an advanced swirling flow gripper design proposal is developed,and the relevant verification was carried out by experiment.From the acoustic principle and pneumatic aerodynamic noise analysis and control,based on the noise characteristics of different structure parts gripper,the noise characteristics of gripper are analyzed b y means of simulation and experiment.In order to solve the problem of the adsorption instability caused by the direction of the cavity cyclone of the single inlet nozzle gripper,improve adsorption performance and stability,a non-contact moving suction device consisting of six single inlet nozzle gripper was designed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at improve the absorption capability of gripper,the model of gripper cavity has been well designed through simulation analysis of non-contact gripper’s operational principle and flow field characteristics of gripper.The claw structure model is processed with 3D rapid prototyping technology and is developed with the simulation calculation design.Experimental results show that the negative pressure by improved gripper cavity is twice as high as before.Also,the absorption capability increased by 57 %.With respect to the processing of gripper,compared with traditional machining technology,3D printing technology is more convenient and the complicated inner part of gripper cavity can be produced more easily.(2)Through simulation analysis of non-contact gripper’s operational principle and surface acoustic power level of gripper,the noise characteristics of air inlet,inlet and cavity connected and outlet were analyzed by changing the inlet pressure and gripper structure size.Results show that the inlet air channel noise due to the turbulent of high-speed gas influence is the largest,the outlet of noise becomes larger with the increase of inlet pressure,the inlet noise decreases with the increase of inlet diameter.(3)According to the experiment results of supply pressure-negative pressure relationship,flow relationship and adsorption performance,the adsorption performance of the sucker was determined.The experimental results show that the supply pressure of the non-contact suction is 0.3 MPa,and its adsorption capacity reaches 7.8 N.The torque of the sucker is 4.5 N·mm,the torque is reduced by52.6 % compared with a single gripper torque 9.5 N·mm. |
