| With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the deepening of the reform of the power system,the safe and reliable operation of the power system becomes more and more important.As an important part of the power system,substation takes the vital function of changing the voltage level and transmission and distribution power.It is very important to do well the control and operation of the substation.NCS reconstruction substation monitoring system,mainly the use of computer technology,modern communication technology of substation relay protection,control,measurement signals recorded automatic device and remote device two device to combinatorial optimization,comprehensive monitoring,measurement,control and coordination of variable power station operation equipment.The structure of substation NCS should be based on the concept of distributed computer environment.The network structure is adopted,and the system is open.Hardware devices can be replaced and upgraded without affecting the normal operation of the rest part of the system.Upgrading,reconstruction and application of NCS system in 500 kV substation is of profound significance for improving the safe and stable operation of the entire power system.The NCS system uses the monitoring system of Taizhou power plant 500 kV booster station,Taizhou power plant construction in two phases,one phase of the project and the two phase of the project are the construction of two million kilowatt units,the two phase of the project construction,the original 500 kV booster station has been unable to meet the development of production and operation,need to upgrade 500 kV booster station,NCS system also need to upgrade.This thesis combine with the engineering practice,the reconstruction of the way NCS system demonstration program,to determine,through scientific renovation and expansion of existing facilities and equipment,computer monitoring system based on NSC300 UX,according to the Taizhou power plant in the important role of East China power grid,establishes the reconstruction of the scope of work,partition and interface connection principle;analysis of four kinds of scheme comparison later,according to the performance,cost,system complexity,reliability analysis and comparison,select the 500 kV booster station instead of double bus double segment connection mode,NCS system following the reconstruction.According to the Taizhou power plant 500 kV boost station equipment status,application program,a detailed study of the modification of NCS system of the reconstruction of the functions of the system;a detailed demonstration of the concrete implementation process of Taizhou power plant 500 kV station NCS system reconstruction program,debugging process,safety technical measures,detailed analysis of the reconstruction of the whole process;a detailed introduction of the NSC300 UX system in Taizhou power plant booster station application,and through the screen examples,introduces the application of NCS300 UX system implementation,and subsystem and function.The final upgrading and reconstruction successfully reached the expected goal.The station NCS system through the research on the modification and application of 500 kV boost,and discussed the selected NCS reform scheme,to solve practical problems and finally to upgrade reconstruction 500 kV boost,to meet the needs of the two phase project of Taizhou power plant construction,is conducive to enhancing the safety and stability of power system operation level,there is a reference to the similar reconstruction. |
