The gas turbine has been widely used in power industry because of its advantages of quick start and stop,non-pollution and high thermal efficiency.However,due to the long-term operation of the gas turbine in a relatively harsh environment such as high temperature,high pressure,and high rotational speed,the gas turbine is prone to failure after a period of operation.The occurrence of faults not only reduces the economics of the gas turbine,but also affects the safe and stable operation of the gas turbine.In order to quickly detect and troubleshoot and restore the normal operation of the gas turbine,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the fault diagnosis technology of the gas turbine.Therefore,this paper takes single-axis gas turbine as the research object,carries out research on fault-free modeling,fault modeling and intelligent diagnosis algorithm,and finally realizes gas path fault diagnosis of gas turbine.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Fault-free modeling of single-shaft gas turbines.Based on the research of gas turbine,based on the thermodynamic relationship of gas turbine,the modularized modeling method is used to establish a fault-free model of single-shaft gas turbine,which lays a foundation for the fault model of the gas turbine.(2)Establishment and simulation of gas turbine gas path failure model.The equation of the gas turbine components of the gas turbine is linearized by the small deviation method.Through the variable separation,the fault matrix is used to correlate the deviation of the gas turbine measurement parameters with the deviation of the performance parameters to establish a gas path failure model.The fault model is used to simulate the nine common faults of the gas turbine,and the data samples are provided for the fault diagnosis of the intelligent algorithm.(3)Conduct gas turbine fault diagnosis based on Dragonfly algorithm optimization BP neural network.By studying the Dragonfly algorithm and BP algorithm,the model of Dragonfly algorithm optimization BP algorithm is established and applied to the gas path fault diagnosis of gas turbine.In addition,this algorithm model is compared with other algorithm models to verify the superiority of this algorithm.
