The Cross-road engineering refers to the construction projects of roads,railways and all kinds of pipeline which step over the highway.The Cross-path engineering refers to the construction projects of railways,roads,and pipeline of oil,gas,electricity which pass through the highway.It is necessary to make safety assessment on the interchange project because of its universal and possible security risk.However,until now,there is no rule about assessment of the behavior related road in our Laws and regulations and national standard.Only in local standard of Anhui Province,‘Specification for Safety Assessment of Accommodating Structures and Utilities within Right-of-way of Highways ',details of assessment were mentioned.Lacking of standards on road safety evaluation research,lacking of rules for determining whether it is feasible or not for the behavior related road and unable to determine its feasibility,all these factors make the safe assessment report become a mere formality and can't provide clear reference for decision makers.Therefore,in this paper,safety assessment of interchange project was researched systematically,quantitative discriminant method was introduced,the value of evaluation report was improved and the safety assessment was applied in actual cases.This thesis is divided into six chapters,including the introduction,the laws and regulations about the behavior related road of grade-Separation project,study of safety evaluation,quantitative discriminant method used in safety assessment analysis,practical engineering case analysis,the conclusion and outlook.The first chapter mainly introduces the current situation of safety assessment for related projects at home and abroad and the article structure;the second chapter collects and sorts relevant domestic laws and regulations and analyzes them in light of the actual situation;the third chapter classifies related projects,refines assessment projects,and formulates assessment structures;the fourth chapter introduces the quantitative discriminant method,introduces the quantization theory and the quantitative structure;the fifth chapter combines actual cases and conducts safety assessment analysis;the sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of this article.The main conclusions of my thesis are as follows:1.Through the research,in this paper,the characteristics,classification,influence factors,evaluation content and safety impact analysis of the interchange project are summarized2.In the concrete analysis of the security of the behavior related road,the design link,link of construction and operation period is discussed.It is easy to find the hidden trouble,judge the responsibility,formulate corrective actions.3.In the safety evaluation,in addition to evaluate the item by item,the research judge the overall security of the project.It can provide decision-making guidance for highway departments in the administrative examination and approval.
