| China’s economy has entered a period of new normal state.For the domestic commercial banks,the days when their main business profit relies on margins between deposit and loan are gone.To accelerate the transformation of the growth model and develop the new business of cash pooling,is becoming one of the most important developing strategies for domestic commercial banks.This paper aims to make a case study of CM bank,analyzing the current situation and problem of its cash pooling,in order to offers a reference for the cash pooling business development.CM Bank is now confronted with an uncompleted internal scale effect and fierce external competition.By analyzing the current situation of CM Bank,this paper attempts to reveal a series of problems such as business management,product development and customer service Then it tries to analyze the problem in cash pooling management via Integrated Marketing Theory and proposes an innovation:to make integration horizontally and flat management vertically.What’s more,the paper wants to offer innovations such as design a short-term portfolio of products and to carry out mid-long term functional integration and platformization.In addition,it figures out the problem of customer service in CM’s cash pooling by using service marketing theory,and suggests to design a full process service system.In the end,the paper expounds the development methods of business management,product development and customer service of CM Bank with the case study of the cash pooling of NR Group,which belongs to CM Bank,and thoroughly analyzes the comprehensive benefit brought by the implementation for this project.The paper puts forward innovative initiatives for CM Bank’s cash pooling development from many aspects by a standard process of proposing,analyzing and solving problems from theoretical analysis to practical case proof,which has a strong guiding significance in practice.It is intended that this paper could help CM Bank enhance the core competitiveness of its cash pooling business,and continue to maintain a leading position in the market,so that the CM Bank could satisfy the needs of enterprise customers by strengthening service ability of the cash pooling business,and improve the management level of the cash pooling business by optimizing the operating mode.Eventually the aim is for CM Bank cash pooling business to gain a greater value,which can be beneficial to CM Bank’s development. |
