Electric power system plays more important role in the current national economy.As a clean energy,electric power is an indispensable component of the current economic development.The safe operation of power system is of great significance.Once a fault occurs,it will have a huge impact on all aspects of the country.The direct and indirect losses are incalculable.Therefore,how to ensure the safe operation of power system has always been a research topic in the power sector.Transformer is the core unit of power system.For transformer detection,the traditional method is through preventive test and regular maintenance maintenance maintenance strategy.With the increasing demand for power,off-line maintenance has been unable to meet the current high voltage level,large capacity,long-term operation of power demand.The change of dissolved gas content in transformer oil can reflect the potential faults of transformer at present.Therefore,real-time monitoring of transformer oil can grasp the operation status of transformer in real time.In the early stage of failure,effective solutions can be taken.To avoid power system accidents caused by transformer faults and ensure the orderly development of national economy and life.Therefore,on-line monitoring of dissolved gas in transformer oil is of great significance.On-line monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil is mainly to study the dissolved gases in transformer oil.Finally,the specific implementation scheme is given.The main research contents of the whole system include: firstly,the technology of dissolved gas separation in transformer oil needs to be studied,and the dissolved gas in transformer oil needs to be degassed to complete oil-gas separation.The characteristic gases dissolved in transformer oil mainly include hydrogen,methane,ethane,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,ethylene and acetylene.Then select the chromatographic column and select the appropriate chromatographic column to achieve the effective separation of various characteristic gases.Then the characteristic gas is detected by gas sensor.The output signal of the sensor needs signal processing,including amplification and filtering,then analog-to-digital conversion,digitizing the collected analog signal,and finally calculating the corresponding characteristic gas content by CPU.And according to the corresponding algorithm,the current transformer operation state is finally determined to determine whether there is any hidden trouble.Finally,through the actual test platform,the rationality of the whole system design is verified,and improvement measures are given.
