Architectural education has a long history.Intelligent building is the product of the organic combination of intelligent technology and building technology.Intelligent building takes building as an important foundation,and can realize three functions at the same time: first,building equipment;second,office automation;third,communication network system.Intelligent building has the advantages of low energy consumption,energy saving and emission reduction,and providing people with safe,comfortable,convenient and efficient living and working environment.It has been developed rapidly all over the world.In today's fast-changing science and technology,the rapid development of information technology,along with the wide application and rapid development of various intelligent technologies in the medical and health industry,the modern hospital management model is expanding towards the intelligent new hospital management model.This inevitably leads to a change in the medical building that is closely related to it.In order to meet the needs of the new hospital management model,the intelligent construction of medical buildings has advanced by leaps and bounds.As the largest part of the general hospital,the ward building is good or bad,which will directly affect the medical quality of the entire hospital.Therefore,the intelligent design of the ward building is also the key to the intelligent design of the entire hospital.This paper mainly takes the intelligent construction project of the ward building of Beijing Cancer Hospital as an example.According to the characteristics of intelligent building design,relevant national regulations,the use and management of medical center,combined with the needs of cancer hospitals and characteristics and intelligent construction,the cancer hospital intelligence is completed.The system design discusses the composition and function of the intelligent system of the tumor hospital.At the same time,it analyzes the related problems of the intelligent system in the construction process,and combines the general situation of the building intelligent engineering of the tumor hospital project to design and manage the intelligent system of the building.The strategy research analyzes the construction quality management strategy from four aspects: implementation mode,quality management,standard operation and post-operation and maintenance of intelligent system construction.
