In the boiler room system,the circulating water pump consumes a large amount of electric energy in the process of heat energy transportation.According to the survey,nearly half of the electricity consumption of the Beijing heating system is used to drive the circulating water pump.With the urbanization of China's heating,the accompanying heating demand has increased and the power load is too large.In areas where power resources are scarce or power load is too high,reducing power consumption in heating systems has become a technological innovation that is urgently on the agenda.And in the traditional gas heating system,the gas is converted into heat by direct combustion to provide heat to the user.High-grade natural gas energy is not used for cascade utilization,and a large amount of thermal energy is lost with the emission of flue gas,resulting in great waste of resources.Therefore,in order to make the energy application step-by-step in the heat source system,it is proposed to design a gas fuel combustion heat power cogeneration device.The device utilizes a driving gas internal combustion engine to drive the operation of the circulating water pump of the heating system by burning the gas,and replaces the traditional electric driving circulating water pump with the gas.On the one hand,the electric energy consumption of the heating system can be directly reduced,and the gas-electricity is realized.Energy substitution.On the other hand,it is also possible to apply the waste heat recovery generated during the conversion process to the heating system,thereby realizing the multi-stage utilization of energy,and the heat-power cogeneration is thus derived.According to this idea,through the selection of a demonstration project to carry out the design and research and application,the actual operation data and experience of the device are studied and summarized,and the investment,cost and operation data of the traditional electric drive water pump are analyzed and compared.Propose and study measures and opinions on technological improvement,cost reduction,etc.,while reducing heating operation costs and saving urban power consumption,providing theoretical and practical support for the wide-scale promotion of the technology,and achieving efficient use of alternative energy sources,It provides a solid theoretical and practical basis for reducing the investment in power generation equipment,power grids and distribution facilities,and promoting the development of the gas engine industry.Through the experimental results applied to the demonstration project by the device,it is concluded that the use of a gas-fired internal combustion engine instead of a motor-driven circulating water pump instead of a conventional water pump can be reduced in a power resource-deficient or power-loading central area,and a power conversion-converted investment project.Excessive reliance on power resources to promote a balanced energy use.However,the cogeneration unit is still in the research stage,and the initial investment in the early stage is higher,but from the perspective of operating cost,it is lower than the operating cost of the electric circulation pump and has certain value that can be promoted.
