In the working process of photovoltaic power generation system,photovoltaic cells are highly susceptible to the impact of changes in the surrounding environment,especially the shadow brought about by the surrounding environment,will seriously affect the power output of photovoltaic power generation,in order to solve the power loss caused by the shadow of the obstacles not taken into account,and can visualize the process of photovoltaic power generation.In this thesis,the photovoltaic power generation simulation software is designed and developed with virtual reality technology,and the photovoltaic power generation system can reach the maximum power output.In order to make the power generation in the software conform to the actual power generation process,this thesis constructs the mathematical model of the photovoltaic cell through the principle of photovoltaic power generation,and carries on the simulation analysis to the photovoltaic cell under various environmental conditions on the basis of the mathematical model.Besides,establishes a photovoltaic array model,the change of output power under local shadow condition is analyzed by simulation,which lays a foundation for realizing the maximum power output.Because the traditional MPPT algorithm can produce miscalculation under the condition of simulated light intensity change,and when the photovoltaic array is working under the condition of partial shading(that is,uneven illumination condition),it is impossible to find the shortcoming of the global maximum power point.Based on the support vector machine(SVM)algorithm,this paper optimizes support vector machines by reference to grid search,particle swarm algorithm and cuckoo algorithm.Through the prediction results of three optimized algorithms,it is found that the prediction error of cuckoo optimized support vector machine is the smallest,and the optimal MSE value size can reach 0.0083419.The algorithm is used to optimize the MPPT,and the maximum power points can be found to be tracked to the current working state under the condition of dynamic illumination and local shadow.On the basis of theoretical simulation,Unity 3D is chosen as virtual engine.By establishing the irradiation quantity and the solar trajectory model,the change of the environment in the desktop virtual scene is realized.And the photovoltaic power generation system into the VR engine,can vividly simulate the entire power generation process.According to the change of surrounding environment,the current output power change is obtained,compared with the theoretical value,and the power loss caused by shadow occlusion is analyzed,which provides constructive advice for the design and development of photovoltaic power generation,and has great economic value.
