With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country,the cost of resources and labor costs are getting higher.The construction industry needs to further enhance standardized and industrialized production,upgrade and transform the construction industry in order to adapt to this social development trend.Prefabricated construction as an important direction for the future development of the construction industry,can adapt to the new trend of the social development of the construction industry.If the design concepts of "recoverable function" and "replaceable component" are applied to current prefabricated construction,the construction itself will be optimized in terms of vibration isolation and post-earthquake repair.This optimized structure is called the recoverable functional structure,which can effectively improve the weak links of the prefabricated frame structure,namely the integrity and energy dissipation capability of the beam-column connections.In view of the defects of traditional beam-column connections of self-centering reinforced concrete frame and the structure design of cantilever beam-column connections of self-centering reinforced concrete frame with friction devices,cantilever beam-column connections of self-centering reinforced concrete frame with tendons-touched devices is proposed,and the theoretical analysis,numerical simulating analysis and test verification are conducted in this paper.This paper introduces the design of test pieces for cantilever beam-column connections of self-centering reinforced concrete frame with tendons-touched devices.It reasonably proposes the innovative points of the connections while drawing on the design advantages of cantilever structure type of cantilever beam-column connections of frame with friction devices,self-centering mechanism of post-tensioned tendons and energy dissipation mechanism of friction damper,which are the designs of independent friction damper and tendons-touched device.This paper through the low cyclic loading test carries on the study of the reset mechanism and energy dissipation mechanism of cantilever beam-column connections of self-centering reinforced concrete frame with tendons-touched devices under cyclic loading,and conducts the theoretical analysis of the connections and the numerical simulating analysis by preliminarily using ABAQUS finite element software.It has been shown through the numerical simulating analysis and the test results that the post-tensioned tendons provide the resetting ability of the connections and the cantilever ends of the frame beams and columns constitute the protection mechanism of the nodes.However,many test defects also exist in the connections,including the tendons-touched device.This paper analyzes the causes of the defects and proposes corresponding improvement designs.
