With the rapid development of transportation,the demand of railway locomotives as an important vehicle is doubled.In the fierce competition,enterprises urgently need workshop production management to improve the manufacturing efficiency of locomotives.This thesis analyzes the current production management problems of locomotive workshop,investigates the production management situation at home and abroad,and concludes that wireless positioning technology has great potential in workshop management.Through the wireless positioning system to debug workshop personnel and equipment positioning to improve the personnel and equipment scheduling and management,improve the workshop site management level,and then promote the work efficiency.The manager can master the production situation in real time,transfer the personnel and equipment in different positions in the workshop in time,and speed up the production process of the vehicle.Firstly,the wireless positioning system of workshop is designed according to the actual production management requirements,and the wireless positioning technology suitable for the system is selected.The wireless positioning system uses RFID and Wi-Fi technology to collect data of personnel and equipment,uses network communication to transmit data between network nodes and servers,and processes the RSSI data of wireless signal by filtering and location algorithm based on RSSI.and achieves the location of personnel and equipment in the workshop.Managers view the dynamic data of debugging workshop personnel and equipment in real time through PC interface.Wireless positioning system can improve the scheduling and management of personnel and equipment,which is beneficial to workshop production management.Then,in order to achieve the function of wireless positioning system to meet the production management requirements in the workshop,the system control strategy is studied.The positioning algorithm is the key to the performance of the system.So the particle filter is applied to the RSSI ranging of DV-Distance.Aiming at the cumulative distance modeling between personnel and equipment to beacon node in DV-Distance location calculation,particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to optimize the DV-Distance location calculation method.In order to meet the personnel and equipment positioning on the specific workbench,the system control strategy is further improved.Then,the distribution of workshop network nodes is designed according to the scale of workshop,the characteristics of personnel and equipment flow and the recognition distance of wireless signal.A hybrid network topology combining tree network and Ethernet is designed to ensure the efficient networking of network nodes and stable and reliable data transmission.The network node hardware PCB which can execute the algorithm program flexibly is designed to pave the way for the effect verification of the localization algorithm.Finally,the coordination idea and the disturbance factor are introduced for RFID device positioning and Wi-Fi personnel positioning respectively.The simulation and comparative analysis of the positioning performance before and after the improvement of personnel positioning and equipment positioning are carried out.It is proved that the wireless positioning system can meet the demand of workshop site management,so the design of improved control strategy for wireless positioning system is valuable.
