| The energy-regenerative suspensions could recollect and use the damper’s energy.Active suspensions could be well adapted to the change of the road surface,and improved the riding and vehicle ride comfort.Energy-regenerative suspensions,as a combination of active suspension and energy-regenerative suspension,took both advantages into account.It could not only improve the suspension performance but also recovered the vibration energy.The energy-regenerative suspensions became one of the most popular research directions in the vehicle chassis control.In order to realize the energy recovery of vehicle vibration and improve the vehicle performance,an energy-regenerative active suspension with a general actuator was presented in this paper.Mathematical modeling of the energy-regenerative suspension was carried out from the perspective of energy conversion essence and active control essence.A uniform general work/energy model is established with the attitude of suspension as the independent variable,which provided a simple and reliable design process for the design of the energy-regenerative suspension.In this paper,controlled institutions is used between the suspension and the body to control the attitude of the suspension and the tire force,which improved the stability and active safety of the vehicle.The integrated control strategy is adopted in this paper.The upper layer controller is used for pattern determination and the solution of the stable control force,while the lower layer controller is used for optimal distribution of tire force.Through the active suspension control unit,the optimal control force required by the tire is converted into the actuator force of each suspension and the pose angle of each suspension.The feasibility of a generalized actuator could be verified by simulated analysis.In the analysis of riding,we used the LQG,the fuzzy control and an improved LQG control based on genetic algorithm respectively,and study on the influence of different control algorithms on riding.In addition to improving the riding of the vehicle,the active suspension also improved the steering stability and active safety of braking. |
