In the face of the looming energy and environmental crisis,wind energy is the most mature and commercialized green clean energy,and wind power technology is receiving more and more attention in the world.As the core equipment of wind energy utilization,the safe and reliable operation of wind turbines is directly related to the production efficiency of the whole enterprise.However,wind generators are usually located in remote areas,harsh environment,high failure rate and difficult maintenance.In order to reduce the occurrence of malfunctions,the company must use the monitoring system,so that the user can real-time understand of the work of the wind turbine site,timely maintenance.At present,the existing monitoring system installed in the local is using SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)monitoring technology,which need to adhere to the site staff to monitor the room to view,it is very inconvenient.And the local monitoring system is only to achieve the equipment operating parameters of the monitoring and fault alarm function,and no dynamic performance analysis to the data.In the 4G network and the rapid development of mobile phones under the growing popularity of the client,the phone can be more and more multi-function,mobile monitoring system is the best example.The mobile monitoring system is a fine monitoring system.It also improves the mobility and convenience of the monitoring system based on the function of the traditional monitoring system.It can obtain the production situation anytime and anywhere,and provide auxiliary function for their decision-making.This thesis relies on the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Automation of Process Industry to analyze and study the existing problems of wind power generators.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the overall structure of the wind turbine mobile monitoring system is designed.Based on the field investigation and the understanding of the domestic and foreign research status,the existing problems of the monitoring system are summarized.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the wind turbine monitoring system,the technical difficulties of the system development,are put forward.The overall architecture of the wind power generator mobile monitoring system was designed.Secondly,the background data collection and transmission scheme was designed.As the wind farms located in remote locations,the network bandwidth is limited,the amount of data is relatively large,and many data will not be frequent changes.There will be high bandwidth occupancy rate and slow response rate during data transmission Therefore,a reasonable data acquisition and transmission scheme should be adopted to improve the real-time and reliability of data transmission.The system utilizes a data transmission scheme based on Kafka and incremental methods.The OPC Client is used to read the OPC server of the data acquisition server through the OPC(OLE for Process Control)protocol.The data is sent to the Kafka cluster of the laboratory cloud platform.The data are analyzed and calculated by the data processing module.Finally,the data are released,so that remote call can be realized to the mobile sides.Then,the performance monitoring method and software of the speed control of the wind turbine are realized.In this thesis,the rotor speed of wind turbine is studied,and its dynamic performance is analyzed,including the absolute maximum error,the absolute error accumulation and the error mean square error and the control input mean and other evaluation indicators.Achieving better control effect through monitoring whether the indicators are overrun to determine whether alarming.At the same time,the mobile monitoring client is implemented,including the real-time monitoring module of key parameters,dynamic performance analysis and display module,real-time curve module and alarm and message pushing module.Finally,the whole monitoring system is tested and verified.In the background of the actual wind farm environment,the function modules of the wind turbine monitoring system are tested and verified,including the real-time monitoring module of key parameters,the dynamic performance analysis and display module,the real-time curve module and the alarm and message pushing module.Through testing,it shows that the software can realize the function of mobile monitoring well.
