As the development of aviation industry,more and more requirements of aero engine blade property appear,and the key problem is the reliability analysis of aero engine blades creep life.This paper analyzed creep life and creep life reliability of aero engine blades from two respects of macro creep property and microstructure parameter respectively.Main works as follows:(1)The parameters of one or two parameters model in time-temperature parameter method had been processed by using mathematical statistics analysis method according to the experimental data of five aero engine blade materials.The parameters obtained from four time-temperature parameter method models under some confidence level were used to establish the TTP creep life analysis model,which prepared a model for the analysis of creep life reliability.(2)First,the data acquired from microstructure characteristic parameters and the test data of GH4037 were normalized processing.Second,analyses were conducted on the influence of hidden layer,number of hidden layer nodes,learning efficiency,training goal,transfer function,training function on the establishment of BP network model.Third,the optimized BP network model that based on GH4037 material was established to predict the remaining creep life of microstructure,which prepared a model for the creep life reliability analysis.(3)Under the condition of given stress,temperature,and many creep life data,the P-P(?)-t 3D surface model based on the creep life data was set up to prepare a model for the analysis of creep life reliability.(4)The optimized BP network model was combined with time-temperature parameter method and P-P(?)-t 3D surface model respectively to model the creep life reliability through creep damage and linear cumulative damage theory,which realized the creep life reliability analysis of damaged blades after serving under different working conditions or load spectrums.(5)Based on MATLAB/GUI,the software system of creep life reliability analysis for aero engine blade was programmed,such as parameter value calculation,module of stress-temperature-creep life,module of creep life reliability analysis based on creep life data,creep life reliability analysis module,etc.The creep life reliability analysis of aero engine blades and the development of software system are of leading and referenced value to the design and life prediction of engine blade.
