The spacecraft produce low-frequency vibrations during the launching process and the acceleration response is too large.Aiming at this problem,this paper studies the effect of viscoelastic damping layer on the vibration reduction of space truss and aerospace load.On the basis of establishing the three-dimensional finite element model,the vibration reduction effect of the viscoelastic damping layer is studied through the simulation analysis and experimental verification.On the vibration of space truss and aerospace load structure at the same time to improve the traditional space truss,introducing a break long tube structure.Apply a free damping layer on the connecting pipe,connected with break long tube by adhesives.Each factor of the viscoelastic damping layer is investigated from two aspects of the structural parameters and material parameters.The damping factor and fundamental vibrational frequency are used as the evaluation indexes of damping effect,and the influence of these parameters on the damping effect is analyzed.Natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained through the modal analysis of the original space truss and aerospace load structure and the structure after applying the viscoelastic damping layer,respectively.The acceleration response values of the whole structure and the corresponding measuring points in the three directions of X,Y and Z are progressively decreased in the range of OHz to 200Hz through the frequency response analysis of the original space truss and aerospace load structure,the structure after applying the viscoelastic damping layer and the new structure of break long tube.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the modal test and vibration test of the original space truss and aerospace load structure and the new structure of break long tube respectively.Through comparison of the finite element simulation analysis and the experimental data,we can see little difference between simulation and experimental data.Viscoelastic damping layer is in the form of simple,light weight,easy to paste,excellent damping performance,does not need to change the existing structure,the use of less material will be able to achieve a larger damping effect.Such a complete system of simulation and experiment verification has a positive guiding significance for the application of viscoelastic damping layer in space truss and aerospace load.
