With the economic development,the energy consumption is growing rapidly,while the energy supply is relatively short,which will lead to energy crisis.The development of new green energy and optimization of industrial energy consumption are the national energy development strategies.It is of great theoretical value and application significance to study new energy generation and utilization,and the optimal energy allocation in high energy consumption industry..This paper investigates the power plant scheduling problem with wind farm,and the integrated planning problem of energy consumption and production.For the power plant scheduling problem,a stochastic model is established and an approximate dynamic programming algorithm is developed to solve the problem;for the integrated planning problem of energy consumption and production,a production equipment energy consumption model and a MINLP energy allocation model are established,and an improved OA algorithm is developed to solve the problem.Also,Decision Support System for Optimal Configuration of Energy Medium is developed.The main contents are as follows:1)Utilizing the theory of scenario tree to model the randomness and uncertainty in wind power generation,a stochastic power plant scheduling model based on new scenario-node-modeling is established.Optimal solution is obtained by using the standard optimization software CPLEX,which verifies the validity of the model through comparison with traditional scenario model.2)For the practical large-scale power plant scheduling problem with wind farm,an approximate dynamic programming algorithm is proposed.Based on problem structure,approximation function and iterative updating strategy are designed.Compared with the optimization software,the results show that the proposed approximate dynamic programming is much more efficient,and the gap of the solution is smaller.3)Investigate the production planning problem in the refinery from the view of energy allocation.Considering the load factor and the influence factors of crude oil quality,an energy consumption model and an integrated planning model of refinery energy consumption and production are established is established,and the crude oil processing and production plan of the refinery is optimized from the viewpoint of energy consumption.Numerical experiments verify the validity of the model.4)For large scale integrated planning problem of energy consumption and production in refinery plant,an improved external approximation algorithm is developed.The convergence of the algorithm is accelerated by solving the energy consumption of the refinery under the multiple loads and proportioning schemes in parallel.Contrastive numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the algorithm.5)Develop the Decision Support System for Optimal Configuration of Energy Medium in enterprises.Through the demand analysis,database design and functional interface design to complete the static dynamic optimization of energy allocation to realize reasonable allocation of energy consumption in industrial processes,and to reduce the error caused by manual configuration.
