The mechanical property of the wire rope is very important to the safety production.In order to accurately study the actual performance of the wire rope we need a dedicated testing machine.The main purpose of this project is to design a set of tensile test equipment to meet requirements of a certain enterprise.The equipment is mainly used for the factory testing of high strength wire rope.The main content of work and the corresponding conclusions are as follows:(1)In the thesis I access to a number of related documents,in order to understand the structural characteristics of large scale tensile testing machine at home and abroad and determine the design scheme of the wire rope tensile testing machine.In order to deal with the detection of wire rope and other longer test specimen.The tensile test equipment adopts the assembled frame structure.According to geometrical dimensions and mechanical properties of test specimen of wire rope,the basic design parameters of frame structure are determined.(2)The main framework,beam structure,hydraulic cylinder and other parts of the wire rope tensile testing machine are modeled by using SolidWorks software,and the important parts of the testing machine are analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The maximum stress of the framework is far beyond the yield strength of the material,and the maximum deformation is not in conformity with the enterprise standard.According to the analysis result,the structure of frame structure is optimized.The maximum stress of the optimized frame structure is 342.86MPa,and the maximum deformation is 4.268mm.From the simulation results,the intensity and stiffness accord the requirements.(3)According to the technical requirements to complete the design of hydraulic system,including the drawing of hydraulic principle diagram,the calculation and selection of hydraulic components,analysis and optimization of the internal flow field of the manifold block.The influence of tool angle on the fluid flow performance is studied in the process of the analysis of the flow field in the manifold.Moog servo valve of the main hydraulic components on the testing machine is deeply studied.And the function relation between the deflection angle of the jet-pipe and recovery pressure is analyzed.(4)Using AMESim software to model and simulate the hydraulic system of the tensile testing machine,and PID control algorithm is also introduced to obtain the dynamic performance in line with the basic requirements.In terms of experimental research on hydraulic system of tension testing machine in this paper,selecting the servo test bench as the testing platform.The proportional relief valve and Moog servo valve are used as the research objects.The accuracy of the simulation model is tested throught experiments.
