Gear coupling rotor bearing system is a kind of power transmission device which is widely used in all kinds of machines and large industrial equipments.The vibration problem of safety and stability in the production process constitutes a great threat.Due to the coupling effect of gear rotor system,the dynamic characteristics of the simple rotor system has great difference from gear-rotor system.A detailed analysis of the coupling lateral-torsional vibration is needed,so the products can be worked more safe and reliable.In this paper,a finite element model of the three-parallel shaft rotor system was established,modeling by ANSYS and MATLAB.The oil film force model of journal bearing was established.Dynamics model of gear meshing rotor system was established.And further analysis of the inherent characteristics and dynamic response of the whole system The main contents include the following aspects(1)Using the finite element method,ANSYS and MATLAB are used to model the gear pair meshing dynamics model,the journal bearing model and the modeling of the gear-rotor system.The stiffness matrix,mass matrix and the matrix of the gyroscope are introduced in detail.(2)Analysis of the natural characteristics of the three single rotor,the single rotor in different thrust stiffness and support stiffness expressed by Campbell Diagram.Then the natural characteristics of the rotor system are analyzed,including the critical rotation speed and main mode.The calculation results are compared with the calculation results by using two kinds of software.The influences of different meshing stiffness,stiffness,support stiffness,pressure angle,helix angle and azimuth angle are analyzed.The unbalance response analysis was carried out.The accuracy of the model is verified.(3)The effects of the amplitude of the static transmission error on the system are analyzed,Considering the influence of the static transmission error excitation,the system dynamic response is analyzed.(4)All of three rotor are sustained by nonlinear oil film force,a Capone model.The influence of the nonlinear oil film force on the system is analyzed in the case of considering the unbalance.The response of the X and Y directions of the rotor gears are analyzed by means of the time-domain waveform,frequency spectrum,and frequency spectrum in three dimensions.Then analyzes the influence of the bearing gap,the dynamic viscosity of the lubricating oil and depth-diameter aspect ratio.This paper establishes a more reasonable dynamic model for the gear-rotor system based on the study above.A comparatively accurate dynamic characteristics is obtained through the discussion of the simulation results impacted by different parameters.It provided the theories foundation for the development the gear-rotor-bearing system.
