In the western region of China,especially in Tibet Plateau,highway is the important transportation hub which connect cities and makes travelling convenient.The highway condition reflects the development of the economy.It is so important to pay more attention to highway construction.In the 21st century,China make dramatic advances in mechanization.At present in China,workers pave the road by paver rather than by manual work like before.Paving the road by paver is more efficient than by manual work.Today,the structure of the paver cab is the open frame,which is not right structure for in plateau.In plateau,drivers will fall victim to altitude sickness,because of the low temperature,the low atmospheric pressure,the hypoxia and the radiation.There was a whirl of dust on the road on paving road,which is harmful to the driver health.Therefore,it is necessary to design a sealed cab for a paver.A cub which is built preliminary in the light of KFT900 Paver,whose mechanism position is modified to get a reasonable model based on Ergonomics Simulation.Simulation analysis for the cub model internal fields are conducted and evaluated.The final,the internal fields are optimized and the optimization results are verified.The reasonable design of the driver cub based on Ergonomics Simulation:Without the human body model in mainland China in CATIA,the measurements of parts of the human body have to be adjusted.A new human body model is built according to the adjusted data.H point is important and is usually used as the locating datum of the human body.H point represent the location of the hip joint of the drivers or the crews when they are seated in the vehicle.According to the location of H point,positions of human body are fixed.Man-machine simulation and analysis can be conducted based on the data above.The preliminary driver cub model is adjusted to get a reasonable structure according to the analysis results.The numerical simulation of the internal fields of the driver cub:Based on computational fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory,analysis of multiphase flow and multi physical fields,integrating the turbulence model of N-S equation for steady state incompressible Reynolds equation.Human body heat radiation and solar radiation are the additional source term in the energy equation.The velocity field,temperature field,pressure field,oxygen concentration field,radiation field and dust concentration field in the paver driver cub are calculated.Study and analysis of whether the temperatures of human important body parts in all those physical fields reach comfort values are conducted.The optimization of the comfort of the human important body parts in the physical fields and the verification for optimization results:Large amounts of simulation were executed with different air inlet length a and inlet center position b which are chosen reasonably,getting the data of the physical fields at human important body parts.The equation is derived by fitting the data.With the air inlet length a and the inlet center position b as decision variables,and the target vector from the fitting equation as optimization objective,do the point(a and b)cloud model processing task to get final optimization points.Those points are used in the simulation again to verify the correctness of the optimization result.
