As an important part of submarine weapon system,underwater torpedo launcher can accomplish launch repair and maintenance missions for torpedoes,missiles and mines,its structure design and the process for torpedo launching underwater has a great impact on improving the quality of torpedoes,submarine-launched missiles and other weapons out of the water.Therefore,the design of underwater launching device and its research process has a great significance.In order to analyze underwater outboard launcher device,this paper uses theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method,design the structure of underwater outboard launcher,by numerical simulations software LS-DYNA,to obtain the parameters of the torpedo and movements of watertight diaphragm under different launch conditions.After numerical analysis,it is obtained that:there is no direct contact between torpedo and the watertight diaphragm during launching process,the watertight diaphragm is forced by water pressure.When the watertight diaphragm rotating mechanism of the launcher is different,under different conditions of water depths and torpedo speed,the curve rule of watertight diaphragm angle is basically unchanged,the largest angle is 48°;Considering the state of having a hole on the bottom of canister,when the hole area at the bottom of the canister is large enough,the differential pressure resistance of the torpedo is smaller;Under different submarine speed conditions,the watertight diaphragm angle curve is slightly different compared with no submarine speed conditions,and the largest angle is 61°.When the means of launching are identically breaking into the watertight diaphragm method and the watertight diaphragm rupture method,analyze the watertight diaphragm cell spreading situation under different launching conditions,and it is obtained that the radial spreading diameter of watertight diaphragm basically remains unchanged,which is about 600 mm.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,to analyze the torpedo in the underwater launch process,has certain reference significance for the optimization of structure design for underwater outboard launcher.
