The model equipment is used as a deterrent and defensive force in peacetime,and is often in storage and overhaul after escuage.As the improvement of reliability,the new model design storage life has been reached at 20-30 years.During the storage,the performance of each component of the model equipment is gradually degraded to failure,So,The storage reliability is an important technical indicator.As a basic component in the model equipment system,the electrical connector is numerous in the model system.If it fails,the model equipment task will fail.Therefore,the storage reliability of the electrical connector is critical to the reliability of the model equipment.The electrical connector is affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity,and various failure modes such as contact failure and insulation failure occur.The existing reliability model of the electrical connector is mostly directed to a single failure mode,and is not involved with the whole.The storage environment is compatible with the model that can truly reflect the actual storage reliability.Therefore,this paper studies the storage reliability model of the electrical connector for the case of contact failure and insulation failure.The typical general type the electrical connector is the object,and its multi-performance degradation model is studied.The storage reliability is evaluated by statistical analysis of the test data,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research on storage reliability evaluation.The chapters in this article are organized as follows:Chapter 1: The research background and significance of the paper are expounded.Firstly,the status quo of storage reliability evaluation of electrical connectors is reviewed.The problems of electrical connector storage reliability model in engineering application are proposed.Secondly,degradation modeling,model verification and multivariate performance degradation are proposed.In the three aspects of modeling,this paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content and objectives of this paper.Chapter 2: Starting from the structure,function and material of the electrical connector,through the analysis of the environmental effects of the various components of the electrical connector under the environmental stress of the storage profile,the common failure mode of the electrical connector in the storage environment is: contact failure And insulation failure.Through the analysis of the mechanism of contact failure and insulation failure of the electrical connector,it is determined that the contact failure is caused by the generation and accumulation of surface oxidized corrosion by the contact;and the insulation failure is caused by the increase of the charged carbon chain caused by the aging of the material.Based on the failure mechanism analysis results,it is considered that the two failure modes are irrelevant.Chapter 3: Combined with the failure mode and failure mechanism analysis of the electrical connector,the growth law of contact surface oxidized corrosion is studied,and the stochastic process model and contact life distribution model of electrical connector contact performance degradation are established.Secondly,a hybrid effect model of the insulation performance degradation of the electrical connector is established from the mechanism level.Based on the assumption of the contact performance degradation process and the insulation performance process are independent,a multivariate performance degradation model of the electrical connector is established.Chapter 4: A constant stress accelerated test protocol for electrical connectors with temperature as an acceleration factor was developed,including sample size,test interval,and cut-off time of the test.Using the maximum likelihood estimation method,through the statistical analysis of the test data,the parameters of the multi-performance degradation model of the electrical connector are obtained.Finally,the storage reliability of the electrical connector considering contact failure and insulation failure at 25 °C is evaluated.Chapter 5: The multivariate performance degradation model of the electrical connector was verified.Using graph analysis method,residual error test,analysis of variance and correlation analysis,the rationality of the model was verified by statistical analysis of four sets of test data of contact resistance and insulation resistance.Combined with electron microscopy and energy spectrometer analysis,the mechanism was analyzed.The level verifies the correctness of the failure mechanism analysis and further verifies the rationality of modeling from the failure mechanism level.Chapter 6: This paper summarizes the research contents of this paper,puts forward the shortcomings in the research,and looks forward to the next research direction.
