As "the golden card" of China’s diplomacy,high-speed railway is regarded as the first of the four great inventions of contemporary China.How to ensure the high-efficient and safe operation of high-speed train is the unremitting goal and pursuit of railway staff and researchers.The train control system as the "main control brain" and "central nervous system"of high-speed train,which is the key to ensure the safe and efficient operation of trains.The application of effective fault diagnosis and health assessment technology to the intelligent diagnosis and degradation assessment of high-speed rail train control system is the core link to ensure the safe and efficient operation of high-speed train,and it is also an important support for prolonging the service life of train maintenance.Therefore,this paper presents a Bayesian network based fault diagnosis and health assessment for high-speed rail train control system.Bayesian network can not only skillfully integrate fault diagnosis and health assessment technology,but also realize the rapid diagnosis and accurate evaluation of system equipment in combination with the characteristics of train control system.Based on the above ideas,the main contents of this paper are as follows:1.By studying the application background and development situation of fault diagnosis and health assessment technology for high-speed rail train control system,It is clear that the integration of diagnosis and evaluation technology in train control system has the important significance of improving safety performance and the practical value of optimizing maintenance scheme;2.By studying the structure and function of high-speed rail train control system,it provides internal and logical support for the establishment of the train control system diagnosis and evaluation model.By analyzing the main systems and application methods of fault diagnosis and health assessment technology,the use of Bayesian network to achieve the method of diagnosis and assessment,and focuses on the key theory of Bayesian networks;3.By analyzing the fault characteristics of high-speed rail train control system,the process of acquiring diagnosis knowledge and the building method of diagnosis model,the knowledge base of train control system fault diagnosis is established,and the method of building fault diagnosis knowledge base based on function-structure hierarchy model and fault tree transformation Bayesian network is established,Which Provides the main basis and the instruction method for the model establishment of diagnosis and assessment;4.By determining the node,network structure and conditional probability distribution of Bayesian network,the fault diagnosis model of train control system and key subsystem is constructed.The rationality of each model is verified by using Bayesian network reasoning based on Genie and MATLAB software.5.By introducing node health and node importance to improve the established Bayesian diagnostic model and establish health model of the system,then the health index HI and health grade of quantitative evaluation results are classified by diagnostic probability,and determine the corresponding maintenance decision;6.The software visualization platform and human-computer interaction of fault diagnosis and health assessment system are realized by using mixed programming of MATLAB and C#,which makes the fault diagnosis and health assessment model of high-speed rail train control system more practical and meaningful.Fault diagnosis can effectively improve the security performance of the system,and the health assessment can make up the deficiency of the diagnosis results perfectly,and then realize the degradation state assessment of the system equipment and components.The two technologies complement each other,together to ensure the reliability and safety of the train control system,and provide an effective way to transform the train control system from"periodical Based Maintenance" to "Condition Based Maintenance".
