| With the progress of science and technology,improving labor productivity and reducing production costs have become the key factors for enterprises to enhance market competitiveness.The improvement of production efficiency of enterprises is mainly reflected in the realization of the automation level of production,processing,assembly and handling of products.The realization of the automation of material handling in production workshops plays a positive role in improving productivity.The main task of this paper is to design a kind of self-guided material handling equipment,which can realize the automatic handling of workshop materials.This paper introduces several common material handling methods,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various handling methods,and finally determines the combination of automatic guiding trolley and manipulator.The main action of the self-guided material conveying equipment is the start and stop of the trolley,the stretching and rotating action of the manipulator and the grasping action of the manipulator claw.The design of the mechanical claw adopts the vacuum adsorption type of mechanical claw,which generates vacuum to absorb the material carried.When he worked in the direct material conveying equipment,since the direct car according to the preset orbit to the corresponding position,and then robots start action,telescopic arm outstretched,stretched out in place,the rotating arm started to rotate,rotate Angle after stop,gripper start action,produce vacuum adsorption material,and then reverse to the original position,shrinkage and telescopic arm,after the car began to exercise,conveying to the specified location,and then to unload material and finish the whole process of a material handling.The self-guided material conveying equipment designed in this paper integrates the advantages of the self-guided trolley and the manipulator respectively and can realize automatic control.This paper mainly analyzes and calculates the important components of the self-guiding material conveying equipment,including the design and calculation of the automatic guiding car,the front and rear axle of the car,the mechanical claw and the mechanical arm.In this paper,the main stressed parts are also checked calculation and simulation,after checking and simulation,it is proved that the designed mechanical components are fully in line with the requirements of work.In the design process,while ensuring the work efficiency,the size of the self-guided vehicle is reduced as far as possible,so as to work flexibly and smoothly in the limited space of the enterprise workshop.In the design of the manipulator,the manipulator rotating arm and telescopic arm are made of aluminum alloy material,which greatly reduces the weight of the manipulator,thus reducing the weight of the whole set of conveying equipment.The design of the self-guided material conveying device greatly improves the production efficiency of the workshop and the market competitiveness of the enterprise. |
