BIM is a building information model.Although translated into a model,BIM is actually a model-based project management concept,and this new concept brings a climax to our informatized project management.By creating a visual information model and integrating a large amount of information from various participants of the project,BIM technology enables the project participants(construction units,construction units,supervision units,suppliers,etc.)to manage the project around an information model.Real-time sharing of information.From the development of the construction industry in recent years,the construction industry technicians have gradually realized the advantages of BIM technology application,and the application is mainly concentrated in the construction unit,but many project technicians do not know how to be reasonable in the application process of BIM technology.Build hardware facilities,choose which software to model,choose which supporting software to implement the functions of BIM technology,and how to solve problems in the modeling and application process.This paper will provide reference for other construction technicians by expounding the specific BIM application process of the construction project.For the application of BIM technology,this paper will study through three parts:(1)Analyze and study the connotation and value advantages of BIM by referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures since BIM development and combining their own work experience.The implementation method of BIM is software.This paper summarizes the series of software formed since the development of BIM,and classifies the functions of each software for the reference of researchers.(2)The specific application of BIM technology in each stage of the construction project life cycle is studied.The specific problems that BIM technology can solve in each stage of construction are analyzed in depth,and the application value of BIM technology in the project stage is comprehensively expounded.Advantage.(3)Select the application of BIM technology in the construction stage as the key research content of this paper,and select a hospital project to carry out detailed BIM model establishment and analysis.Autodesk's CAD 2016,Revit 2016 final version and Navisworks 2016 software were selected as the three core software for this modeling.According to this application practice,the specific process of creating the model of each major(construction engineering,installation engineering)is summarized,and the results of the model creation are shared,including: the creation of the main structure model,the model creation of each system pipeline of the installationengineering,and the pipeline.Comprehensive layout,collision detection of models,engineering4 D virtual simulation,video animation based on 3D models.The two projects previously experienced(one of which did not apply BIM technology)were analyzed and compared,and the various benefits obtained by BIM technology application during the construction phase of the project were summarized.The specific problems and solutions encountered in the creation of each professional model of this model are summarized,and the experience in the modeling process is shared.Finally,the experience of the BIM technology in the overall application process of the project is summarized and summarized.The main conclusions are as follows,which provide reference and reference for the technical personnel engaged in BIM related work.(1)The application of BIM technology in the construction phase of the project has advantages,which can improve the management level,speed up the construction progress,reduce the design change rate,improve the project quality,reduce the construction cost and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.(2)According to the actual situation of the project and the key direction of technology application,the detailed standards of BIM model creation can be customized to achieve efficient application results.(3)If you want to use Revit to calculate the quantity of engineering,you must make a detailed classification before creating each element.Otherwise,the amount of engineering statistics will cause a lot of rework.(4)Collect family files as much as possible through various channels.The comprehensiveness of the family library is related to the efficiency of a team.
