Cold-formed steel is widely used as a structural support for passenger cars.Because of its high strength,cost advantages,and simple processing technology,it has a broad prospect in the main structure of the passenger car skeleton,which contributes to the realization of passenger car lightweight.At the same time,the first column of the passenger car is processed by the three-dimensional free bending process of cold-formed steel.This process is a new flexible forming technology.The three-dimensional free bending technology is especially suitable for hollow members with complex space axes and special-shaped sections,but the molding consistency There are still certain problems,which have a great impact on the accuracy of the whole vehicle.In this paper,the machining precision of the three-dimensional free bending process of the high-strength material of the first column of passenger car is realized as the research object.Through the research and analysis of the four parts of product structure,material,processing method and inspection method,after modeling and analysis of the forming process,identification The key points affecting the accuracy,and then the curing method,thus realizing the guaranteeing ability of the processing precision in the case of using high-strength steel,and providing favorable support and guarantee for the automation of passenger car lightweighting and processing.This paper first introduces the process and method of three-dimensional free bending process of high-strength material of passenger car first column,and then based on the characteristics of material mechanical properties and equipment processing ability,discusses the key points of influence on the forming precision of column,through curing material performance and equipment parameters.,the formation of process specifications,solidification of the production process to achieve the accuracy of the guarantee.Through the work of this article,the following main conclusions can be obtained:1.Product structure: Optimize the design of the first column structure,reduce the welding and cutting,and combine the functional parts with the stamping parts;cancel the variable section design to ensure that the overall section shape of the column is unchanged;the overal l design arc transition is gentle,cancel the end small arc,satisfy Pull bending process requirements.Standardization,standardization,modularization and generalization of product structure;2.Raw materials: The three-dimensional bending of steel is strongly related to the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of steel.Considering the yield strength is the parameter of steel resistance to deformation.The tensile strength and elongation are related to the yield strength,so the arc is used.The standard of the profile focuses on the yield strength;the other reason that the process analysis causes the bending of the profile is that the contour of the profile R is poorly consistent,the weld is off-center,the profile itself is twisted before the arc is bent,etc.Weld offset,profile torsion,etc.also need to be specified;3.Processing equipment: The processing stability of the equipment plays a vital role in ensuring the consistency of the accuracy of the first column.Based on the author's work experience,the problems existing in the research of free bending forming of the pipe are briefly analyzed.4.Inspection method: There are many inspection methods after the first column is formed.Considering three aspects of cost input,convenience of inspection and accuracy guarantee,it is necessary to select the most suitable according to product structure and precision requirements.
