The mechanical vibration of electrical equipment causes the loose electrical connection point to be on and off frequently,and it is easy to produce or aggravate the series arc fault,which seriously threatens the safety of production.In order to analyze the influence on the characteristics of series arc fault under different vibration frequencies,the experimental study of series arc fault was carried out under different vibration frequencies,and the basic characteristics of series arc fault under different vibration frequencies were analyzed.First of all,a series arc fault vibration experiment system was made,and the series arc fault experiment was carried out under the conditions of different power supply voltages,line currents,load power factors and vibration frequencies.The voltage signals at both ends of the contact point and the line current signals were obtained under different experimental conditions.Then,the effective value,average value,zero rest time of current signal and the peak-peak value,rise rate of voltage signal were analyzed in time domain,and the total harmonic distortion rates of current and voltage signals were analyzed in frequency domain.Finally,the volt-ampere and resistive characteristic curves of series arc fault were analyzed,and the average value of the peak value of arc fault resistance for 10 consecutive cycles was obtained.The influence on the average value of arc resistance under different experimental conditions was studied.The results show that the characteristics of the current and voltage signals of the series arc fault are greatly affected under the condition of vibration.Increasing the vibration frequency will lead to the formation of the series arc fault more easily and increase the difficulty of the arc extinguishing.The research results of this paper provide experimental and theoretical basis for the diagnosis of series arc fault under the condition of contact point vibration.It has positive significance to improve the reliability of power supply system.
