Nowadays,in the face of severe crisis in China's energy structure,the power distributed heating system has been vigorously promoted.There are more and more practical projects of power distribution two pump heating system.,However,there is still no a detailed engineering design method for power distributed heating system to guide practical projects.The existing design methods are not specific and comprehensive,and it is not possible for designers to conduct comprehensive guidance on the system design stage and operation stage.In this paper,on the basis of the traditional engineering design method of central heating system,combining with the existing research of distributed power heating system,the engineering design method and operation strategy of the system are analyzed.This paper presents a set of feasible and comprehensive engineering design method for power distributed two pump heating system.At first,this paper summarizes the design method of traditional central heating system.,and compares the difference between the power distributed secondary pump heating system and the traditional centralized heating system.It analyses that the difference for design steps and methods of the heating power secondary pump system mainly reflects in the determination of zero pressure handicap's position and equalizer pipe,hydraulic calculation and water pump selection calculation and determination of constant pressure water replenishing method.Aimed at these points discussed in detail,it analyzed the relationship between the location of zero pressure handicap and the location of the pressure tube,the difference between the pressure tube and decoupling cans,calculation methods,steps and how to achieve system hydraulic balance,and the methods of constant pressure and constant pressure filling water.After analyzing the design stage of the power distributed secondary pump heating system,the operation strategy of the system is studied.Firstly pump variable frequency speed regulation technology is introduced,and then for the almost zero pressure and nearly zero pressure adjustment is analyzed and compared,distributed power secondary pump heating system shall adopt the mode of the zero pressure almost.Again according to the distributed power secondary pump heating system in a setting heat source of heat pump,pressure pipe,and a setting in the user pump and mixing pump,it analyses operation strategy.Finally,a design case is completed to demonstrate the engineering design method of the power distributed secondary pump heating system.The research on the engineering design method of the power distributed secondary pump heating system will be of great significance to the engineering designers of this system.
