| In the practical application of electric braking function of domestic subway trains,resistance-dissipated regenerative braking energy absorption device is widely used,only part of the braking energy is absorbed by neighboring trains after being transmitted to the grid.Most of the rest is wasted in the form of resistance heating and the utilization rate of regenerative braking energy is very low.Because the distance of China’s urban subway stations is mainly about 1-2 kilometers,some are only 500 meters,for example,Shanghai subway line 13 natural museum station to hanzhong road station.The train needs frequent braking.In our country provincial capital cities,first-and second-tier cities have been popular subway.A huge network of subways was formed.If the train uses a resistive energy-consuming absorption device to deal with the regenerative braking energy,it will cause serious energy waste.As the development sign of a city,subway also leads and influences the development direction of the society.In the context that the whole society is advocating energy conservation and saving,the regenerative braking energy absorption device,due to its high energy efficiency,will be favored by various subway companies in the future.However,since feed-energy regenerative braking energy absorption scheme has not been widely popularized and applied,it will also become the focus of research and development of related subway vehicle suppliers.Therefore,this paper will study the energy absorption scheme of regenerative braking with feed-energy,and design a new type of feed-energy device.First of all,this paper gives a detailed description of the power supply system structure of subway,and deepens the understanding of the power system structure distribution and power supply form.In this paper,the dynamic lighting system is introduced,which also provides a starting point for the following brake energy feedback.At the same time,the mathematical modeling and mechanical simulation of the regenerative braking energy produced by the subway vehicle during braking are carried out.It also shows that it is of practical significance to study a set of reasonable energy absorption devices.Secondly,several braking energy absorption schemes are analyzed,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.In summary,the popularization and application of regenerative braking energy absorption device is the future development trend.Then,the main circuit of regenerative braking energy absorption device is designed based on feed-type energy absorption scheme.The output voltage of the device will be incorporated into the power lighting system for the power equipment of the power lighting system.In this paper,a reasonable inverter control strategy is designed for the energy absorption device circuit.The SHEPWM control method of inverter has obvious advantages of high waveform quality,high efficiency and high DC voltage utilization.So it can be used in a feed-in device.Finally,Simu1 ink toolbox in Matlab was used to simulate the circuit and control strategy of the designed feed-in absorber and verify the feasibility of the device design. |
