Analysis On The Development Of New Energy Automobile Industry Inddgovernment Support Policies In China

With the continues development of science and technology,people's living standards have been improved rapidly,and a series of problems brought about by the development of science and technology have become increasingly prominent.Among them,the issues of climate change and environmental pollution have received extensive attention from the international community and have become the top priority for governments.In addition,with the increasing number of vehicles in various countries,the environmental problems caused by vehicle emissions should not be underestimated.Therefore,new energy vehicles are gradually coming into people's view.At the same time,governments have gradually realized that accelerating the cultivation and development of the new energy automobile industry is an effective way to alleviate the energy crisis and environmental pressure.Moreover,it can also promote the sustainable development of the automobile industry,and can also play a role in accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry.Our government has attached great importance to the development of the new energy automobile industry,and has successively issued a series of support policies,covering all aspects of the industrial chain such as automobile planning,research and development,production,sales and use.After more than 10 years of unremitting efforts in the development and research of the automobile industry and the demonstration and operation of various regions and departments,a series of complete industrial chains have been formed since the development of China's new energy automobile industry,ranging from the research and development and production of key components such as raw material supply,power batteries and vehicle controllers to the design and production of the vehicle and the construction of supporting infrastructure,and the industrialization has been preliminarily realized.Although the domestic new energy vehicle market has been developing rapidly year after year,the development of China's new energy vehicle industry is still driven by supporting policies,the advantageous products are still weak,the core technologies are still lacking,and the basic charging facilities and follow-up service system are not perfect.The next focus should be on adjusting related industries and consumption policies,accelerating the construction of basic charging facilities and service systems,and creating a fair,open and healthy market environment.This paper proposes targeted policy recommendations by studying the support policies of the three traditional automobile industry powers of the United States,Japan,and Germany for the development of new energy automobile industry,combining with the problems existing in the current policies in China,to put forward targeted policy suggestions,hoping to play a role in promoting the development of China's new energy automobile industry.
