As the high-speed development of society economy,the construction of ultra-high voltage,long-distance,and large-capacity transmission lines is increasing.The traditional manual power inspection or helicopter inspection has highlighted shortcoming such as low efficiency,high cost and high limitations.At present,the application of UAV in high voltage transmission line has begun.Considering the problems above,in this paper,the actual demand of high-voltage transmission line inspection is combined with portability and easy operation of UAV.Leading into of remote sensing image recognition and measurement technology,it mainly studies the identification and detection method of high-voltage transmission line based on UAV inspection images and realizes the recognition of high voltage transmission lines.Besides,it also realizes measurement of high-voltage transmission line sag based on active vision process.In addition,it designs and builds a UAV inspection system for high voltage transmission lines,which has a certain practical value.The main work is done as follows:1.Aiming at the characteristics of high voltage transmission line UAV inspection images,the image preprocessing method is studied.Aiming at the optical problems such as insufficient exposure or over exposure and contrast reduction,the image optical correction algorithm is proposed to solve these problems.In this paper,an adaptive median filter image restoration algorithm is proposed to improve the image quality because of the serious noise interference and degradation of the image.2.It is difficult to extract high-voltage transmission lines under complicated background.In this paper,an adaptive threshold Canny operator edge detection algorithm based on Newton iteration is proposed to segment the high voltage transmission line image.Then,according to the characteristics of high voltage transmission lines,the improved Hough transform algorithm is applied to extract high voltage transmission lines.It achieves the effect of automatic identification of high voltage transmission line without artificial experience and high detection accuracy.3.In this paper,on the basis of automatic identification of high voltage transmission lines,a three-dimensional real-time reconstruction method is used to measure the high voltage transmission line sag.The space curve model of high voltage transmission line in images has been constructed and the simulation platform is built in the laboratory,which realizes the accurate measurement of the high voltage transmission line sag.4.An UAV inspection software system for high voltage transmission lines is designed and built.Its main functions include video monitoring of high voltage transmission lines,inquiry of inspection images,automatic recognition of high voltage transmission lines and the accurate measurement of the high voltage transmission line sag.It lays a good foundation for the intelligent inspection of high-voltage transmission lines.In this paper,the high transmission line identification algorithm and sag measurement algorithm are proposed based on high voltage transmission line UAV images.In addition,the UAV inspection system is realized.It has promoted the development of the UAV inspection in the direction of transmission line identification and state detection,so that the efficiency of high voltage transmission line inspection has been greatly improved,and it has a wide application prospect.
