In this paper,RCC is taken as the research object,and an experimental study is carried out on the weakness of RCC layers in the current RCC construction.In view of the superior performance of modified epoxy in the repair of cracks in hydraulic buildings,modified epoxy was used as the main material to treat RCC in this experiment.Was studied using different dosage of modified epoxy to directly modified epoxy and mortar mixed with modified epoxy coating processing way,in the dry and wet two kinds of surface level processing situation,discuss to the effects of characteristics of RCC level.The test results of compressive strength,split tensile strength,shear strength,capillary water absorption and impermeability were conducted,and the following results were obtained:(1)when the layers are combined only by interlayer spacing,the test performance of RCC gradually deteriorates with the increase of interlayer spacing.When the interval between layers is within the initial setting time range,even if it is not treated,the performance of RCC will not change much,so direct paving can be carried out.However,after the interval between layers exceeds the initial setting time,the performance of RCC without layer treatment will be greatly reduced,which requires proper layer treatment.(2)when the interval between the layers in the final set of time,different dry wet surface treated with modified epoxy,on RCC mechanics and penetration performance improvements are more remarkable with the increase of the dosage of modified epoxy.Mechanical properties testing results show that the use of modified epoxy mortar mixed with the level of treatment compared with direct modified epoxy,besmear to brush against compressive strength,splitting tensile strength of ascension is more apparent,but the effect is limited to the improvement of the ultimate shear strength.The results of permeability test show that the surface treatment with modified epoxy in mortar can significantly improve the anti-seepage grade of RCC compared with that of modified epoxy with direct coating.In addition,the improvement of the mechanical and permeability of RCC is more obvious than that of the dry surface when the layer treatment is carried out on the wet surface.(3)comprehensive experimental results,compared with the traditional mortar laid pure level processing,in wet level by adding 3%modified epoxy mortar for level processing methods in roller compacted concrete mechanics and improved penetration performance can get better effect.
