With the rapid development of transportation in our country,bridge engineering has played the important role in traffic development,among which the cross-sea bridges have been popularized and built in many places.Most offshore bridges are located in deep water areas.The impact of complex marine environment on bridge piers directly affects the safety and service life of bridges.As a well-known offshore bridge in China,Dalian Xinghai Bay Bridge piers are in the deep water for a long time and are seriously affected by waves and earthquakes.It is of great engineering value and significance to study the dynamic responses of Dalian Xinghai Bay Bridge.Taking the pier of Xinghai Bay Bridge as the research object,the dynamic responses of the pier under the action of earthquake and wave are discussed in this paper based on the dynamic principles,seismic theory and wave theory.The numerical results are compared and analyzed,and the influences of relevant factors are discussed.The main content includes the following aspects:1.The numerical analysis model of bridge pier is established,and the modal analysis is carried out.Based on the actual engineering data of the pier of Xinghai Bay Bridge,the finite element analysis model of pier is established,and the modal analysis is carried out,and the basic dynamic characteristic parameters such as frequency and vibration mode of the pier are obtained.2.Based on seismic theory,seismic response analyses of bridge pier are carried out.The dynamic time-history method is used to analyze the seismic response of bridge piers.Two different seismic waves,Koyna seismic wave and El-centro seismic wave,are discussed,and the seismic dynamic responses of pier under different peak accelerations of ground motion are analyzed.The corresponding seismic response law is obtained.3.Based on wave theory and considering wave force,fluid-solid coupling analysis between pier and wave is carried out.The finite element numerical model of coupling analysis between pier and wave-fluid-structure is established.The influences of different wave types,wave height and wave length on the dynamic response of pier are discussed by using open channel method.And its influence law is compared and analyzed.By analyzing the seismic effect of the pier of the Xinghai Bay Bridge and the coupled dynamic response of the pier with the wave-fluid-structure,influences of earthquake and wave on piers are obtained.This study provides some references for the maintenance of piers and other projects.
