Our country’s strong support for the construction of high speed railway,and the mass production of the high speed rail CR400 of the revival number,makes the high speed rails have been become the most important way to travel,also promoted the research and development of aerodynamics of high speed trains.The pressure fluctuation caused by alternating aerodynamic loads on trains,has also become a necessary item for Chinese railway joint commissioning test.The fluctuating pressure inside and outside the vehicle will not only endanger the safety of trains running on high speed trains,but also has a great impact on the comfort of passengers,hence develops the study of the comfort of the passengers.On the one hand,through the grid division of CR400 high speed train,makes full use of the guiding role of theoretical analysis,selects typical working conditions,uses advanced numerical simulation technology to carry out simulation research.Calculation of pressure fluctuation in tunnel passing through high speed train,obtained pressure cloud map.Then,through the tightness of the train,we can get the change rule of the train internal pressure with time.On the other hand,depends on the type test of each type of vehicle,gets the data of real car through the tunnel,compares with the data obtained from the simulation calculation,comparing with real car data can found that the results of numerical simulation agree well with those of real vehicle test and dynamic model test.Finally through the form of questionnaire survey,selects 175 tunnels with distinctive characteristics on the Wuhan Guangzhou railway,and investigates all types of operating vehicles on the line and collecting scientific sample,the relationship between pressure comfort and aerodynamic load is obtained.At the same time,the typical foreign standard of pressure comfort is used for reference,and refers to the indicators needed to control the comfort of aviation pressure,tests and summaries of the test results of vehicle pressure changes in various types of high-speed trains and typical lines in China,establishes the corresponding relationship between vehicle pressure variation and tunnel parameters(tunnel area,tunnel length and so on)and train parameters(shape,marshalling length,speed and so on).Through making an excavation of the existing test data of the national high speed railway,studied comprehensively the influence of train aerodynamic effect on vehicle airtightness and occupant pressure comfort,so as to grasp the pressure fluctuation and its changing rule in our country’ s train.From comfort survey,the most closely related to comfort is 1s,3S and 4S pressure fluctuations,determines the main safety and comfort index of restricting the speed increase of the line,and recommends reasonable values. |
