Concrete tubular steel tubular structures can be divided into rectangular steel tubular concrete structures,circular steel tubular concrete structures and polygonal steel tubular concrete structures according to the different cross-sectional forms,among which rectangular steel tubular concrete structures and circular steel tubular concrete structures are widely used.At present,concrete filled steel tubular structures have developed into a more mature form of structure since the 1980 s due to their high bearing capacity,good seismic performance,good fire resistance,simple construction and reasonable cost.Concrete steel tubular structures have been widely developed in China and have been applied to some load-bearing structures(such as high-rise structures,industrial plant pillars,equipment component pillars,subway station pillars,piles,etc.),high-rise structures(such as transmission poles,etc.)and large span structures.For example,Beijing Metro Station,Quanzhou Post and Telecommunications Central Bureau Building,Jiangxi Gymnasium Competition Hall and other projects have achieved better economic and social benefits.The Huangdao District PetroChina Block Workshop Project is located in Hai Sai Wan,Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone.The total construction area is 41809.3 square meters,the height is 35.9 M,the life span is 50 years,and the secondary security level.Taking the project as the project background,this paper studies the construction technology of concrete filled steel tubular structure,and draws the following conclusion.(1)The quality control of steel tubular concrete structure construction is mainly two aspects of steel tubular construction and concrete construction.Steel pipe construction includes internal processing of steel pipe factories,on-site installation,etc..The internal processing of the factory is the basis.The quality of quality directly affects the on-site installation.The construction quality of concrete affects whether the entire structure meets the specifications and design requirements.(2)Full decomposition and study of the entire process of the steel pipe column inthe factory can control the ten key processes in the process flow to ensure that the processing quality meets the requirements.(3)Through careful research,the on-site installation and construction plan of the steel pipe column is formulated and strictly implemented.Finally,the installation quality standard can be achieved through the control of the three elements of the positioning axis,elevation,and vertical degree.(4)Concrete construction in steel tubes is mainly the quality control of concrete materials and the choice of on-site pouring methods.By strictly controlling the collapse degree and strength of concrete pumping materials and correctly selecting the pouring methods,it can ensure that the pouring quality meets the requirements.(5)The construction quality of the column foot of the steel pipe directly affects the installation of the subsequent steel pipe column.Through the analysis of the common quality problems at the foot of the column and the implementation of targeted control measures,it can achieve the goal of avoiding quality disease and meeting the quality standards for the late installation.
