Application Of BIM Technology In B Block Project Of High Speed Times City District

With the rapid development of China's construction industry,BIM(architecture information model)is becoming more and more widely used and developed in China's construction industry.The application of BIM technology runs through the planning,implementation and operation stages of the construction project,and the rational use of BIM technology can add value to the construction project.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional drawings,BIM technology has the advantages of high visualization,dynamic simulation of construction,and convenient communication and coordination among professions.The application of BIM technology in construction project management not only strengthens the degree of information integration of project management,but also strengthens the level of project management in terms of project organization mode and technology management.The emergence of BIM and application,puts forward new requirements for the construction project management,it is difficult to achieve through the visual system,multi professional coordination,such as a set of traditional construction simulation optimization of construction project,formed a new project management method for building information modeling technology as the core,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for the construction units.In this paper,a variety of research methods such as practical case studies,literature search and research are applied to understand the current application of BIM technology at home and abroad,and grasp the development process and technical principles of BIM.The organization model of new project management under the model of technical building information is analyzed.The application of BIM in all phases of the whole life cycle of the project is summarized.Based on the high-speed era city project as a case,the application of BIM technology,BIM route model establishment,the application of BIM model and application effect evaluation of many aspects,proved that the BIM technology has to ensure project quality,shorten the construction period,reduce project cost and improve the level of project management in the construction project.This paper from the development of BIM as a starting point,from the point of view of the application value of BIM technology in construction project management,combined with the actual engineering case,through the analysis of application effect of BIM in the project life cycle,summarizes the application value of BIM technology in project management,the prospects of the future development of BIM technology is forecasted.
