The accelerating process of urbanization,the gradual shortage of traditional energy sources and the changes in the air environment caused by motor vehicle emissions have made the development of new vehicles with low emissions and low fuel consumption the most urgent task in the development of today's automobiles.Hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),which integrates the advantages of internal combustion engine and electric vehicle,has become a hotspot in the development of new automobiles worldwide.It becomes a feasible transitional solution to solve energy saving and environmental protection problems.In this paper,parallel hybrid electric vehicle as the research object,the main task is to match the parameters of the various components of the dynamic system,the establishment of the dynamic system optimization control mathematical model,fuzzy control method for vehicle performance optimization,and simulation Real-time control strategy.Finally,the dynamic programming algorithm is used to compare the simulation results and verify the rationality.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the characteristics of hybrid electric vehicles,comparative advantages and disadvantages of series-parallel hybrid vehicles,select the single-axis parallel structure as a hybrid powertrain system structure.According to the characteristics of parallel transmission and the basic performance requirements of plug-in series hybrid buses,the parameters matching calculation of main power system components,such as engine,motor,battery and transmission system,is completed.(2)Based on the parameters of the hybrid buses,the mathematical model of the optimal control problem of the hybrid powertrain is established,which includes the driver model,the engine model,the motor model,the battery model and the powertrain model.(3)Fuzzy control strategies are designed,including fuzzy variables,membership function design,energy management fuzzy control rules and defuzzification,and the equivalent fuel minimum as the objective function.(4)Based on the dynamic programming algorithm,the optimal control equation is established,MATLAB program is written according to the equation,and the equivalent fuel minimum is taken as the objective function to simulate.According to the determined cycle condition,the required torque and vehicle speed are calculated in the wheel demand torque and the vehicle speed calculation model,and the simulation is carried out in the import program.The optimal solution is obtained and the result is taken as the reference reference.(5)Contrast simulation results,select the appropriate fuzzy control rules,and verify its rationality,practicality and simulation of real-time.
