Dynamics Simulation And Security Analysis Of Ship-based Missile Launching

In this paper,a type of ship-based missile launch platform is considered as the research object,through the launching dynamics analysis of different sea conditions,we study the safety of missile out of the box.Firstly,the characteristics of the waves are analyzed,the basic elements of the waves are described,the ship motion spectrum is analyzed according to the characteristics of the waves,and the calculation steps of the ship’s dips,roll and pitch motion spectrum are given,and the correctness of the calculation method is verified.Based on this calculation step,the ship motion spectrum generation software is compiled,and the software is used to derive the ship motion spectrum under different sea conditions.Secondly,the finite element model of ship-based missile launch device is established.The motion spectrum is input as a boundary condition into the dynamic model to obtain the navigation response under each condition.Taking the maximum pitch angle and the maximum pitch angular velocity as the typical initial phase during launching,launching dynamics analysis was carried out,and the response of the missile and the distance change between missile and launch box during the out of the box process were obtained.Finally,through the deep analysis of ship navigational response and missile launch response under various sea conditions,taking the attitude of the missile,the distance between the missile and the guide rail moving in the launching box,and the interference distance between missile and launch box during the out of the box process as the evaluation index,we carry out the launch safety assessment of ship-based missile,and give the improvement plan of launching device.The analysis shows that under the condition of high sea level,the launching pitch of the missile is relatively large.The launching under this sea condition will seriously affect the safety.However,under normal sea conditions,the missile can launch safely.The research methods and theories of this paper provide references for the subsequent launch kinetics analysis of ship-based missiles.
