With the rapid development of economy and the increasing progress of Engineering technology,the construction and management of modern water conservancy projects are becoming more and more complicated.However,due to unpredictable factors such as weather,delays and cost overruns are particularly prominent.How to achieve high-quality projects at the lowest cost in a short period of time and how to compile them.In order to create satisfactory economic benefits,which methods should be adopted to optimize the construction period and cost,so as to make the design scheme of construction organization more practical,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of the construction scheme of river silt removal project.Based on the silt removal project from the Sihuazha of Yitong River to Yijianbao Section,the silt removal construction scheme was worked out,and the construction period and cost of the silt removal project were optimized based on the NSGA-? algorithm.Compilation plan.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the hydrological and geological data of Yitong River,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of dry,semi-dry and wet silt removal,and combines the fact that the water depth of Yitong River is not enough to reach the draught depth of ships.Two construction schemes,dry and semi-dry silt removal are worked out,and the evaluation index is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process.The system evaluates the rationality of dry silt removal by calculating the weight value of the scheme layer to the target layer.Algorithm optimization.In this paper,genetic algorithm,ant colony algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm were used to simulate single-objective and multi-objective problems.Based on the constraints of convergence speed,solving time and iteration times,the optimal algorithm is selected.The results of engineering examples show that the non-dominated sequencing genetic algorithm with elite strategy(NSGA-?)has high efficiency in multi-objective optimization,large search space,and can quickly find the optimal solution of time-cost,which lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of construction schedule and cost of actual projects.Construction period-cost optimization of dredging project.Taking the shortest construction period and the lowest cost of silt removal construction as the optimizationobjective,taking the duration of each process and the cost limit value of each process as constraints,the optimization program of construction period and cost is compiled based on MATLAB software,and the optimization solution was carried out by using NSGA-? algorithm.From the optimization results,it can be seen that under the constraints,Yitong Heqing can meet the constraints.After optimizing the construction period cost of silt construction scheme,a reasonable and economical solution is obtained,that is the construction period is 313 days,the cost is 52.31 million yuan,the construction period is saved 52 days,and the investment is 7.69 million yuan.The results of optimization can provide reference for the construction of silt removal project of Yitong River.At the same time,the rationality of the time-cost optimization model is verified based on the example of Yitong River silt removal project,which provides a reference for the construction optimization of water conservancy projects.
