In this paper,the early shrinkage performance of PLC-GRC board was tested and numerical simulation was carried out.The study of the early shrinkage properties of PLC-GRC focuses on the different effects of different thicknesses of GRC materials.Firstly,the strain corresponding to the different ages of the PLC-GRC board is measured through experiments.After the test,the experimental model is numerically simulated with ANSYS software,and then the actual results measured by the test and the numerical simulation results are compared and analyzed.Verify the correctness of the model built.Based on the experiments and simulations,this paper explores the following four aspects: the early shrinkage performance of free-shrinking lightweight concrete and GRC,the early shrinkage performance of the assembled PLC-GRC insulation siding,and the pulling Comparison of the early shrinkage performance of the treated PLC-GRC board and the bare-handled PLC-GRC board and the early shrinkage performance between the different thicknesses of the GRC material in the PLC-GRC fa?ade.The main researches of this paper are as follows: 1)Comprehensively study the development history,research status and existing defects of foreign and domestic assembly buildings,lightweight concrete and GRC,and on this basis,the shrinkage performance and layer of PLC-GRC composite board The forces were studied and the factors and types affecting the shrinkage performance of PLC-GRC composite panels were summarized.The changes in shrinkage properties of GRC materials at different thicknesses were studied.2)The early shrinkage of each layer of the assembled PLC-GRC insulation siding is compared with the early shrinkage of the separate lightweight concrete slabs and GRC panels.The effect of the two materials on the early shrinkage performance is studied.3)Early shrinkage between PLC-GRC sidings with different GRC thicknesses.This paper mainly studies the shrinkage of PLC-GRC wallboards with GRG materials at 10 mm thickness and PLC-GRC wallboards with GRC materials at 15 mm thickness.Through comparative analysis,The effect of different GRC thickness on the early contraction of PLC-GRC was obtained.This paper completed the following three tasks through experiments and simulations:(1)Monitoring of shrinkage parameters at 7 days,14 days,21 days,and 28 days by a confined shrinkage PLC-GRC composite panel and a free-shrinking lightweight concrete slab,a free-shrinking GRC panel The change of the shrinkage performance of the composite plate under the condition that the GRC material is at different thickness is obtained.The results show that the tensile force generated by the PLC-GRC bare board inside the shrinkage stage causing the wallboard cracking is smaller than that of the PLC-GRC pull board.The PLC-GRC bare board has better crack resistance than the PLC-GRC board.(2)Monitoring of shrinkage parameters at 7 days,14 days,21 days,and 28 days by PLC-GRC composite panels and 1 free-shrinking lightweight concrete slab and 1 free-shrinking GRC panel The change in shrinkage properties of the composite panel with the GRC material at different thicknesses is obtained.The results show that the resistance of the PLC-GRC(10mmGRC)plate inside the shrinkage stage is less than that of the PLC-GRC bare board(15mmGRC),so the PLC-GRC(10mmGRC)board is superior to the PLC in crack resistance.-GRC bare board(15mmGRC).(3)Comparing the actual measured results with the results of numerical simulations: This paper uses ANSYS software to create a finite element model of constrained shrinkage of PLC-GRC composite plates,and converts the shrinkage strain measured in the test into The "equivalent temperature difference" causing the same strain,and assigned to the PLC-GRC board model,used to simulate the contraction of the PLC-GRC board,and the results obtained are close to the results obtained in the test,thus indicating the creation The PLC-GRC board model is correct and can continue to be used to study the stress distribution inside the GRC plate in the combined test piece.
