| The introduction of high-speed EMU trains from abroad to continuous learning and innovation has advanced to the world’s advanced level.During this period,the number of EMUs has also continued to increase,and the workload of overhauling the huge number of EMUs has also increased.Virtual maintenance is an effective technique to save maintenance time and costs.How to effectively and effectively perform virtual inspection on EMUs to save time and maintenance costs is a problem that needs to be solved.Virtual inspections can simulate the effects of new products and new technology applications,and guide product design.Through the three-dimensional display can be immersed in the maintenance operation,intuitively watch the EMU’s internal structure,to help designers more accurately design the maintenance process.The maintenance personnel can better understand the maintenance procedures and strengthen the memory of the students during the training.The content of this paper is as follows:(1)Through the study of the stereoscopic imaging mechanism of human eyes,a binocular vision model was established.According to the mathematical modeling method,a parallel binocular projection model and a binocular projection model of the camera are established.Through the study of the relationship between convergence and adjustment,the parallax range of the stereoscopic image pair is determined.(2)Based on the research on the principles of virtual maintenance and roaming of EMUs,disassembly and assembly principles and perspective control techniques,a virtual inspection environment was constructed to achieve maintenance in a virtual environment.(3)Using C++ language and OpenSceneGraph graphics library as development tools,combined with virtual inspection technology,a binocular stereoscopic display system was built,and a virtual inspection of binocular stereo display was realized.Through the virtual overhaul of the EMUs completed under binocular stereoscopic display,it is shown that the system can achieve a good three-dimensional display effect under certain stereo parameter settings.In the maintenance operation under the stereoscopic display,the details of the overhaul can be more experienced,and the operator can improve the sense of immersion during the inspection.Intuitive virtual inspection display has guiding significance in practical maintenance training and design.This project was funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province(20170540137)and the enterprise project "Research on the 3D visualization and integration technology of the standard EMU assembly and maintenance".At present,based on the stereoscopic display has been used as a core function in the EMU’s virtual overhaul system,it has been initially applied in the repair training of a company’s EMUs. |
