Compared with flat web with uniform thickness,corrugated web i-shaped steel beams of corrugated web has higher cylinder stiffness,greatly improve the overall bearing capacity of the beam,and the peritoneum has a much larger aspect ratio,save the amount of steel,make the model of steel beam more beautiful.It conforms to the construction guideline of"applicable,economic,green and beautiful,in China and is worthy of being popularized.At present,there are many researches on trapezoidal corrugated web i-shaped beams at home and abroad,but there are few researches on sinusoidal corrugated web i--shaped beams.The stability of I-shaped steel beam with sinusoidal waveform web is studied in this paper.The main work of the thesis is as follows:Reference to dealing with the critical bending moment of trapezoid corrugated webs steel beam,the moment of inertia of cross section warping is derived,the influence parameter of half wavelength was introduced and the critical bending moment of sine corrugated web i-beam under corrected concentrated load is obtained.Changing respectively the height of web,thickness of web,width of flange,thickness of flange,half wavelength and half amplitude of I-shaped steel beam with sinusoidal waveform web and the corresponding results are obtained by using aforementioned formula.Compared with the results by finite element simulation analysis,the two alignment is higher,the maximum relative error was ±6%.It is shown that the sinusoidal corrugated web i-shaped girder critical bending correction formula is suitable for the larger section size change and own high calculation accuracy,it is can be used for designing and verificationing of I-shaped steel beam with sinusoidal waveform web.By using finite element method,the influence of height of the web,thickness of the web,width of the flange,thickness of the flange,half-wave length and half-wave amplitude on the stability of the i-shaped beam with sinusoidal corrugated web was studied.In addition,a comparative analysis is made between the critical bending moment,the stability coefficient and the buckling form of ordinary i-shaped beam with equal steel volume.and the results show that the stability of sinusoidal waveform web i-shaped beams are better than that of normal i-shaped beams.Finally,by analyzing multiple sets of variables in a concentrated load and uniform load two kinds of working conditions,the effects of dimensionless parameters such as the ratio of height to thickness of web,the ratio of width to thickness of flange and the ratio of width to width of half wave on the stability of sine corrugated web i-shaped beam have been studied,the applicable range of section size is proposed,which provides reference for practical design.
