At present,wind power is developing at the level of large megawatts,which owns high speed and large inertia.This means the braking performance and reliability are highly required.It can truly reflect the performance of the brake to study on the wind-electric brake inertial tester,which is of great significance to the research and development of the brake product,the quality control and the improvement of the braking performance of the equipment.The extensive research work on the braking performance of wind power brakes is not conducive for the high cost of the 1:1 inertial test bench,the large equipment and complicated operation.Therefore,it is very important to design a scale inertia test bed contraction inertial test bed.The main research contents of this article are as follows:By understanding the wind-electric brake inertial test bed,the design requirements of the inertial test-bed are proposed.According to the contraction ratio theory,the contraction ratio parameters of the test bed are determined,and the overall structural design of the inertial test bed is completed by analyzing the working principle of the inertial test bed and determining the structure composition.For the overall structural design of the test bed,the main components involving power system,transmission system,inertia system,brake system,and support system in the test bed are selected and checked for design.At the same time,using finite element software,the static stress analysis of the main transmission components of the test bed are performed to verify that the strength of the transmission components meets the design requirements.In order to realize the collection and measurement of signals such as rotation speed,temperature,vibration,brake pressure and braking torque,combined with the actual structure of the modern measurement and control technology and the designed inertial test bed,selects the above signal acquisition and measurement scheme,the corresponding sensor type and measurement position are determined in this article.Finally,according to the overall design of the test bed and structural design,the overall structure of the test bed and the three-dimensional assembly drawing are completed.The contraction ratio inertial tester is a new type of test bed based on a 1:1 inertial test bed.Its small size and low test cost,and the test results are comparable and similar to the 1:1 inertial test bed.The study of the ratio inertial test bed in this paper can provide reference for the development of the virtual prototype and even the physical prototype of the ratio inertial test bed.
