The prefabricated construction is a building that is built by assembling prefabricated components from a factory to a project site in accordance with design requirements.Compared with the traditional construction mode,it has the following advantages: fast construction speed,low environmental pollution,low resource consumption,higher labor efficiency and lower cost.It is also an important measure to promote the development of construction industry in the direction of informatization and industrialization.Although prefabricated architecture largely makes up for the shortcomings of traditional buildings,it also puts forward more stringent requirements for engineering quality in the process of construction,especially the problem of connection between prefabricated components.Prefabricated components are connected by sleeve grouting technology.The quality of grouting material directly determines the integrity of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,the development of grouting materials with good performance plays a great role in promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.In this paper,ordinary Portland cement and fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement are chosen as the most grouting materials,and the fine aggregate,silica fume,fly ash and mineral powder are used as mineral admixtures,which are produced by improved sand making equipment.Using the admixture developed by the research group to improve the working performance of the grouting material,through a series of experimental studies,the results show that:(1)The performance of machine-made sand has a direct impact on the performance of grouting material.This project is successful in improving the sand making equipment of international advanced V7 technology.The machine-made sand produced by the improved equipment is produced by common equipment,and it is similar to the river sand in terms of homogeneity,particle gradation and crushing value,which meets the requirements of the standard.(2)Through the study of the effect of different composition on the performance of grouting material,after comprehensive consideration of water reducing component,expansion component,early strength component,water retaining component,regulating coagulant component,the working performance of grouting material and the micro-expansion performance were considered.The influence of strength and other comprehensive properties to determine the best mixture ratio of admixture.(3)Firstly,the composition of the grouting material is studied on the rheological properties and mechanical properties of the mortar.Secondly,the overall effect of fast hard cement content,silica fume content and water-binder ratio on the performance of grouting was systematically studied by orthogonal test.Finally,the optimal grout mix ratio is determined.(4)Finally,the comprehensive performance of the prepared grouting material is studied and compared with the CGM-4 type grouting material,which is well used in China.The results show that the machine-made sand grouting material developed in this paper is superior to the CGM-4 type grouting material.And in the follow-up engineering application has obtained the very good result.
