Since 2000,the railway owners significantly reduce the cost of railway engineering,individual railway construction project cost was decreased by 30%,profit of railway construction project is greatly reduced,extensive management has been difficult to adapt to the new situation of the construction of the railway.The railway construction project according to the construction contents is different,the general material cost for projects with a total investment of about 40%?70%.Therefore,the railway construction enterprises over the years to strengthen the railway construction project material supply risk control.At the same time,since 2008,China's railway infrastructure investment rapid expansion,the expansion of the scale of objective led to the dispersed railway construction project management strength,material shortage of personnel,management level uneven,risk increase.Influence by the owners of the rapid railway construction project work fast,shop stalls too large,the risk is more significant materials:the internal management of the business process is missing or loose,the basic business is poor,the details of material management risk,material management loopholes,a substantial increase in the cost of the project,reducing the overall profit rate of enterprises.The cost of railway construction project is high,the proportion of material procurement is large,the quantity and types of procurement are many,and the scale advantage is obvious.Meanwhile,the influence of internal and external is also more acute and obvious.To strengthen the risk control of material supply,reduce supply risk of the railway construction project material,improve the materials management process and accounting system,to avoid the risk of purchasing and material management,will greatly enhance the railway construction project benefits.Based on the research on the domestic and foreign railway construction project material supply risk management theory and practice achievement,illustrated by the example of new Lunan high speed railway project of China Railway XX Group,to study the theory and method system of railway construction project risk management,discusses the supply of materials.In the risk identification stage,using literature analysis and brainstorming method to identify the risks in the material supply management process of the railway XX Group Railway Construction project.In the risk evaluation stage,this paper uses the method of expert investigation to evaluate the probability of occurrence of risk and the size of risk.Then,the method of probabilistic influence matrix is used to qualitatively analyze the risk results.In the risk response stage,according to the identification,evaluation results,targeted response.In the risk monitoring stage,through the establishment of material supply risk management institutions,improve the risk monitoring system of materials supply,integration of material information platform,in order to track and monitor the changes in risk.By analyzing the major risks facing the railway construction project material supply process,identification and evaluation of material supply risk,and propose solutions to address the problem,promote the railway construction project material supply risk awareness,reduce the error in material management of railway construction project,and improve the railway construction project benefits.
