In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,people’s life has become more and more demanding for transportation.The demand for various types of goods(including dangerous goods and fuels)has increased year by year,and semi-trailer trains have become a common type of life.transport vehicle.At the same time,the number of traffic accidents in semi-trailer trains is increasing,and a large proportion of them are rollover accidents of vehicles.Therefore,the test and simulation of the steering stability of semi-trailer trains has become a research hotspot.This paper mainly studies how to apply the TruckSim simulation software to simulate the rollover limit of semi-trailer trains and obtain the parameter variation law and threshold of some vehicles under the rollover limit state.In this paper,the semi-trailer train is rigidified,that is,the rear cargo(storage tank)of the trailer is regarded as a rigid body,which eliminates the influence of the non-solid cargo material heart and the movement momentum of the cargo on the vehicle movement;in TruckSim Under the environment,the suspension system,steering system,tires,powertrain,braking system,vehicle body,aerodynamics and road simulation model are built according to the actual vehicle parameters.On this basis,several common driving conditions are established.For example,the double-line driving test,the steady-state slewing test,and the double-shifting driving test,the rollover limit state simulation was carried out,and the parameters affecting the rollover under different conditions were analyzed and evaluated,and obtained under different conditions.The threshold and method for evaluating the rollover limit state. |
