The power monitoring system for phase 1 of Changchun rail transit Line 3 project,which uses Yantai Oriental Electronics Co.,Ltd.products,was officially operated in June 2002 and has been operating for 15 years.At present,the substation integrated automation system equipment has been seriously aging,the control center workstation server has been damaged,the center has not been able to achieve the proper functions,the sub-station internal engineering control machine can not work normally,resulting in data upload telemetry distortion,remote communication misstatement,remote control rejection.In order to ensure the normal operation of the first phase of the Changchun Rail Transit Line 3 project,improve the performance of the power supply and distribution system and improve the service level,it is imperative to reform the existing power monitoring system.This paper analyzes the current situation of power monitoring system of the first phase of Changchun rail transit line 3,determines the reform plan,and designs the software and hardware accordingly.In order to do a good job in this design work,the research and development status of the power monitoring system at home and abroad are analyzed,and the tools and technologies needed for this design are confirmed after full analysis and comparison.After that,it has conducted in-depth research and analysis on the relevant national technical specifications to ensure that the relevant national specifications of the design content are required.After fully understanding and understanding the construction and operation of the power monitoring system of the first phase of the Changchun Rail Transit Line 3,the formal transformation plan was determined,and functional and non-functional needs analysis was made accordingly.Based on the full understanding of system requirements,the design of the system framework is completed by the use of B/S architecture technology,and the detailed design of the system is based on this.In order to realize the effective processing and transfer of system data,this design follows the My SQL database of the first phase of the project,and at the same time implements the design and implementation of the system application software using Java.At the end of this paper,in order to verify the completion of the requirements of the system,complete test cases are compiled and repeated tests are conducted.
