A smart van equipped with a robot is a programmable and multi-role manipulator;or a specialized system of computer-controlled and programmable action that can be generated to perform a variety of tasks. It can complete the work on people, such as military, production and life and so on.The purpose of this project is to develop a smart handling vehicle equipped with robots that can efficiently and quickly accomplish the task of grasping.Based on the selection of the hardware, combined with the MATLAB simulation of the two parts of the intelligent truck body and the robot arm,and using the MDO(Multidisciplinary Design Optimization)system(implemented by Particle Swarm Optimization)for its overall coordination and control.MDO system to achieve the transplant and use,and coordination of the various modules of the system to complete the appropriate task. The final combination of hardware and software to achieve the application of MDO system in the smart van.Coordination and coordination in the body and equipped with the robot, the smart van to control the robot to complete the task of grasping the target, while the body can do relatively free driving tasks. This thesis analyzes the multi-task and multi-agency coordination and linkage mechanism of this mission and robotic grasping task, and establishes a multivariate coordinated control algorithm.Car body in addition to the task of grasping with the manipulator, itself continues to maintain the state of motion has completed its own relatively independent travel tasks, the manipulator and the body's multi-task multi-agency coordinated linkage control is converted to each variable under constraints and coordination The coordinated control of the fixed-point and regional variables.
