With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the demand for energy and transportation of transportation tools is also increasing,and the problems of energy and environment will increase.In recent years,energy conservation and environmental protection has become the theme of the world,with the continuous development of science and technology,and continuously improve the power of energy gradually on the stage.With the popularization of power and energy,as well as the development of electric vehicles,tractors and other agricultural machinery will also be driven by electricity,not only to save energy,but also to avoid emissions,effectively prevent environmental degradation,but also to solve the agricultural machinery caused by energy and Environmental protection issues one of the effective ways.China is a big agricultural country,the improvement of agricultural production efficiency and the improvement of agricultural infrastructure is a necessary condition for the rapid development of agriculture,agricultural machinery in this development process will play a vital role.Tractors play an important role in the modernization of agricultural machinery in China.In the research of agricultural machinery in China,there are few researches on electric tractors.Therefore,the design of electric drive system for electric tractor and the construction of electric tractor driven electric drive chassis,electric tractor research and development of great significance.According to the characteristics of the pure electric tractor,a two-motor drive system structure scheme is proposed,and the calculation method of parameter matching of electric tractor transmission system is presented.Based on the driving motor power characteristics and the actual working condition of electric tractor,the three-speed power transmission scheme of the 25 horsepower pure electric tractor is analyzed.Based on the stability of the chassis and independent double motor drive electric tractor load distribution,this paper proposes a 25 horsepower independent double motor drive electric tractor chassis layout,and established a three-dimensional model.Based on the theory of ergonomics,color analysis and modeling design,the design of the independent drive electric tractor of 25 horsepower double motor is presented.With 25 horsepower motors double independent drive electric tractor as the research object,combined with the overall design scheme,the simulation model is established,and the scheme of electric tractor power battery and motor dynamic performance are analyzed in the simulation.Result shows the proposed 25 horsepower electric tractor three gear power transmission scheme is feasible and shows that the proposed based on the electric tractor the effectiveness of the drive system parameters of the actual operating mode,and illustrates the proposed 25 horsepower independent double motor drive electric tractor overall scheme is feasible.
