| In recent years,with the widespread application of the advanced science and technology in weapon system,the war mode between countries has gradually developed from a large area of carpet attack to target precision strike and efficient damage.Intelligent information ammunition has become the most popular development in the field of weapon equipments.The fuze as the key part to affect the damage efficiency of weapon system,the radar detection technology,microelectronics technology and infrared photoelectric technology provide a strong technical foundation for the development of the fuze system.A the intelligent fuze system which contains radar detection and pyroelectric infrared detection is designed in this thesis.The intelligent fuze system can accurately detect the moving vehicles and personnel near the weapon system,so as to produce a fuze signal to start the weapon system.The designed intelligent fuze hardware system composed of MCU module,CPLD module,microwave radar module and infrared module,where the microwave radar module is used to detect the moving vehicles near the fuze system,and the pyroelectric infrared module is used to detect the mobile personnel near the fuze system.The target Doppler signal generated by the microwave radar module is sent to CPLD and MCU for processing,and the programming achieves the detection to the velocity information of moving target,then screens effective vehicle information and produces fuze signal finally.The personnel activity signal generated by the pyroelectric infrared module is directly sent to the MCU module for processing,and the detection to personnel in the vicinity of the weapon system and then producing effective fuze signal is generated by programming.Through the field test,the intelligent fuze system can effectively detect the moving vehicles and personnel,and achieve the systematic designing requirements. |
